Color and size problems are not accepted. In the absence of any quality problem with the product, no returns will be accepted. Therefore please be very careful when selecting your size and materials /gemstones.
Please note that after you receive your ring, if you wish to resize it there will be a charge.
Re-sizing your ring to a smaller size is $200.
Increasing the size of your ring involves extra material costs (gold) and labour fees. The price is $150 if the size you are increasing to is within 3 ring sizes and $150 for every 3 ring sizes beyond that.
Due to the unique characteristics of natural gems, each gem color is not 100% the same and will contain natural substances, which can affect the color and appearance.
After Sales Service
Complimentary jewellery inspection & cleaning
We will determine the best method, either through soft brushes or ultrasonic cleaners, to bring brilliance back to your precious jewellery.
Refinishing
We will intensively inspect your jewellery, carefully removing superficial scratches or dullness and we will delicately restore the lustre of your piece.
Professional Repairing
Subject to the condition of your jewellery, we will work to restore its original appearance and/or functionality. Services include reassembling broken parts as well as reshaping and resetting stones.
Resetting diamond and gemstones (includes 0.05ct or less) not detached / loosened by human factor. If the main stone (0.15ct or up) is lost, we cannot accept for resetting.
Loss of your receipt means we will be unable to provide you with your year of free maintenance
We reserve the right to amend the above policies. Requests for the above services shall be entertained in accordance with the latest terms in force.
